- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Southern Region.
- Drive sales and market share growth through effective strategies and techniques.
- Provide technical expertise and support on Enabling Technologies medical devices to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively position Stryker as a leader in medical technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for customers to promote product knowledge and usage.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
- Represent Stryker at industry conferences, trade shows, and events.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Communicate customer feedback and market insights to internal teams to drive product enhancements and improvements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Consistently Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills.
Strong Understanding Of The Healthcare Industry, Including Knowledge Of Key Decision-Makers And Purchasing Processes.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Orthopedic Or Neurosurgical Market.
