  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed company goals and objectives in the assigned territory.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities to promote and sell the Vocera division's communication solutions.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
  4. Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and value of Vocera's solutions to potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Vocera's products in healthcare facilities.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the healthcare landscape to identify potential challenges and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals in a timely manner.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Vocera's products and services.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and market trends in the company's CRM system.
  10. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote Vocera's products and expand the company's network.
  11. Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance with regulations.
  13. Collaborate with colleagues and share best practices to achieve team and company goals.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Objectives.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of The Western Australia And South Australia Healthcare Market, Including Key Players And Decision-Making Processes.
