
Territory Manager, NSE West Japan

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including surgeons, nurses, and other key decision makers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory, including expanding product lines and increasing market share.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing the sale.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals to showcase the benefits and features of Stryker's medical devices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activity, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients, attend conferences and events, and conduct product training and education.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on advancements and changes in the medical device industry.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices to drive overall team success and achieve company goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
- Represent Stryker in a professional and positive manner at all times, upholding the company's values and mission.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry, With A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Knowledge Of The Healthcare Market In Japan, Specifically In The Nse West Region.
Ability To Travel Frequently Within The Assigned Territory And Work Independently With Minimal Supervision.
