Job Description

As a Territory Manager for Stryker's Neurovascular division in Dallas, TX, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the world of healthcare. Our innovative and life-saving products are changing the way neurovascular conditions are treated, and as a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building relationships with healthcare professionals in the Dallas area.   1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets and increase market share for Stryker's Neurovascular division in the Dallas area.
  2. Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and healthcare professionals in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and features of Stryker's neurovascular products.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement regional marketing initiatives and programs.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.
  6. Manage and maintain a detailed database of customer information, sales activities, and territory performance.
  7. Attend industry conferences, seminars, and events to network and promote Stryker's neurovascular products.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  9. Conduct product training for healthcare professionals to increase product knowledge and usage.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and customer service, to provide feedback and improve the overall customer experience.
  11. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  13. Continuously strive to expand knowledge and skills through self-learning and participation in training programs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Sales Experience In The Medical Device Industry, Preferably In Neurovascular Products.
