  7. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and escalate any recurring issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to better assist customers and provide innovative solutions.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures for handling technical support inquiries and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  10. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and a customer-centric approach.

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Technical Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills To Effectively Interact With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Device Regulations, Such As Fda Or Iso, And Experience With Medical Device Software And Hardware.
