- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market needs and develop product strategies and solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support to sales teams in promoting and selling robotics products to customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, to gain insights and feedback on product performance and potential improvements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals and customers on the usage and benefits of robotics products.
- Conduct market analysis and gather competitive intelligence to inform product development and positioning.
- Participate in product development projects, providing input and expertise on product features and functionalities.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and marketing collateral.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotics products, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Continuously assess and improve product performance and functionality based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Stay informed on industry regulations and standards related to robotics products and ensure compliance.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker, promoting the company's mission, values, and products.
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other events to showcase robotics products and engage with potential customers.
- Continuously develop and expand knowledge and skills in robotics technology and its applications in the medical field.
- Collaborate with the global robotics team to share best practices and drive innovation.
In-Depth Knowledge And Experience In Robotics Technology: This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Robotic Systems, Programming Languages, And Related Software Applications. Candidates Should Also Have Hands-On Experience With Robotic Equipment And Systems.
Relevant Education And Training: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. Additional Training Or Certification In Robotics Technology Is Also Highly Desirable.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: As A Produkt-/Applikationsspezialist (M/W/D) Robotics, Candidates Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In A Timely And Efficient Manner.
