  1. Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives for the upper extremities product line.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
  3. Participate in sales calls and customer meetings to learn about product features and benefits, and to gain experience in sales techniques.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to promote product awareness and increase sales.
  5. Attend industry conferences and trade shows to network and promote Stryker's products.
  6. Assist in creating and delivering sales presentations to customers.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress towards goals.
  9. Shadow experienced sales representatives and learn from their techniques and approaches.
  10. Participate in training programs to further develop sales skills and product knowledge.
  11. Provide excellent customer service and support to customers throughout the sales process.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the sales process.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
