  1. Assist in the implementation and execution of sales operations strategies and initiatives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the sales process and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Conduct data analysis and present key findings to the sales operations team.
  4. Support the development and maintenance of sales tools and systems.
  5. Assist with the creation and distribution of sales reports and dashboards.
  6. Conduct market research and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
  7. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  8. Maintain accurate and organized records of sales data and activities.
  9. Assist with training and onboarding of new sales team members.
  10. Shadow and learn from experienced sales operations professionals.
  11. Take on ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the sales operations manager.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker and represent the company in a professional manner.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow within the sales operations field.
  15. Complete all assigned tasks and projects within designated timelines.
