  1. Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for medical devices.
  2. Work collaboratively with experienced engineers to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
  3. Conduct research and collect data to support process improvement initiatives.
  4. Assist in the implementation of process improvement projects.
  5. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Participate in design reviews and provide input on product and process design.
  7. Create and maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures.
  8. Ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards.
  9. Complete assigned projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to gather information and provide updates on project progress.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills.
  12. Embody the company's values and represent the brand in a professional and positive manner.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  15. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualifications
