- Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for medical devices.
- Work collaboratively with experienced engineers to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Conduct research and collect data to support process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvement projects.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input on product and process design.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to gather information and provide updates on project progress.
