  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and success within the Endoscopy division.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
  3. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of sales strategies and tactics.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changes.

  6. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.

  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  12. Maintain accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to inform decision-making and track progress towards goals.
  13. Collaborate with leadership to set sales targets and develop strategies to meet and exceed them.
  14. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
