  1. Develop and implement test plans and protocols for medical devices in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Perform various types of testing, including functional, performance, and usability testing, to ensure product quality and reliability.
  3. Analyze test results and identify any issues or defects, working with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve them.
  4. Utilize knowledge of medical device design and functionality to provide input on test requirements and specifications.
  5. Create and maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and any changes made throughout the testing process.
  6. Collaborate with product development teams to understand device requirements and contribute to the design and development process.
  7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in testing and quality assurance to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  8. Train and mentor junior test engineers to ensure high-quality work and adherence to testing standards.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and other stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and any issues that arise.
  10. Participate in risk assessments and assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
  11. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations and standards.
  13. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in testing procedures.
  14. Provide input and support for product validation and verification activities.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert in testing for the organization, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Product Testing And Validation In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry

  • Knowledge Of Relevant Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Fda And Iso 13485

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities, With Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers.
