  1. Perform thorough testing and analysis of Stryker's medical technology products to ensure quality and reliability.
  2. Develop and implement test plans and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  3. Utilize various testing methods, tools, and equipment to assess product performance and identify any issues or defects.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product specifications and requirements, and provide feedback on potential design improvements.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities and results.
  6. Participate in product design reviews and provide input on testability and potential quality issues.
  7. Identify and troubleshoot any technical problems that arise during testing.

  9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in testing methodologies.
  10. Train and mentor junior test engineers and provide technical guidance as needed.
  11. Communicate test results and findings to relevant stakeholders, including management, engineering teams, and regulatory agencies.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing testing activities.
  13. Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical, Mechanical, Or Biomedical Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Medical Device Testing.

  • Proficiency In Creating And Executing Test Plans, Protocols, And Reports.

  • Strong Understanding Of Fda Regulations And Iso Standards For Medical Devices.

  • Experience With Test Equipment And Tools Such As Oscilloscopes, Data Acquisition Systems, And Test Automation Software.
