  1. Develop and implement quality control procedures for various stages of medical device production.
  2. Conduct thorough and comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential quality issues and develop mitigation plans.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  5. Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Train and educate team members on quality standards and procedures.
  8. Investigate customer complaints and work with relevant departments to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.
  9. Participate in new product development projects to ensure quality is built into the design and manufacturing processes.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to quality procedures.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on quality-related matters and provide guidance and support to team members.
  12. Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and reports.
  13. Communicate quality-related updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  14. Drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  15. Proactively identify potential quality risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Quality Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Leadership Skills.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems, Regulations, And Standards (E.g. Fda Regulations, Iso 13485).

  • Experience In Leading And Conducting Quality Audits And Investigations.
