  1. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  2. Conduct thorough reviews and audits of product designs and manufacturing processes to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality goals and metrics for product development and production.
  4. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop and implement action plans accordingly.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on quality management systems, providing guidance and support to other team members and departments.
  6. Lead investigations and root cause analyses to identify the source of quality issues and develop effective solutions.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  8. Participate in supplier audits and quality assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in quality management to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  10. Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory agencies, responding to inquiries and providing necessary documentation.
  11. Communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.
  12. Represent the company in a professional manner and uphold Stryker's commitment to patient safety and product quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field, With A Focus On Quality Engineering Or Quality Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Systems And Regulations, Such As Iso 13485 And Fda Guidelines.

  • Experience With Statistical Analysis And Quality Tools, Such As Six Sigma And Lean Methodologies.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Quality Initiatives.
