Job Description

Stryker is looking for an experienced Staff Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. This is a critical role in ensuring that our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and safety. As our Staff Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective quality assurance processes.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance position. You should also have extensive knowledge of quality improvement principles and practices, as well as experience with systems development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes • Monitor and assess the quality of products and services and identify areas of improvement • Ensure that all products and services consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product life cycle • Create and maintain relevant quality assurance documentation • Analyze data from quality assurance processes and develop recommendations for improvement • Train personnel on quality assurance processes and procedures • Perform quality assurance testing and inspections • Maintain knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies related to quality assurance • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and provide corrective action plans
