- Conduct microbiological testing and analysis on medical device products and materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and validate new microbiological testing methods and procedures as needed.
- Monitor and maintain sterile environments and equipment used for microbiological testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot any potential microbiological issues.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in microbiology and recommend updates or changes to testing protocols as needed.
- Ensure all testing and data is accurately recorded and maintained in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Train and mentor junior microbiologists and other team members as needed.
- Act as a subject matter expert on microbiological testing and provide guidance to other departments within the company.
- Collaborate with external testing and regulatory agencies as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines for microbiological testing.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in microbiological testing.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on project progress and any potential issues.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Microbiology, Biology, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Microbiology Laboratory Setting
Knowledge Of Current Industry Standards And Regulations For Microbiological Testing And Analysis
Strong Understanding Of Aseptic Techniques And Principles For Handling And Testing Microbiological Samples
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With Excellent Attention To Detail And Time Management Skills.
