Job Description

Stryker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Mechanical Engineer, R&D to join our dynamic and innovative team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about engineering and has the technical expertise to apply their knowledge and experience to develop and improve our products. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, and have at least 8 years of experience in product design and development. This role requires strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, a solid understanding of the principles of mechanical design, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Staff Mechanical Engineer, R&D will be responsible for leading and developing new product designs, as well as the improvement of existing products. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop new product designs from concept to production.
  2. Develop and improve existing products to ensure they remain competitive in the market.

  9. Prepare and present technical reports and findings.
