Staff Mechanical Engineer, R&D

We are looking for a talented and experienced Staff Mechanical Engineer with a passion for engineering and R&D to join Stryker's team. The ideal candidate should have a track record of success in the development of innovative medical products and a deep understanding of the product development process.The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in a product development setting. Experience working with medical device, electro-mechanical, and/or complex products is also desired. In addition, the candidate should be an excellent problem solver, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and display a keen attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrate effective leadership capabilities is essential.
