As Staff Mechanical Engineer, R&D, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical engineering process for the development of new products and processes.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and at least five years of experience in a mechanical engineering role. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the mechanical engineering process for the development of new products and processes.
  2. Analyze and design complex mechanical systems, components, and products.
  3. Develop and document engineering calculations, test plans, and design specifications.
  4. Work with other engineering and product teams to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
  5. Utilize CAD software to create and update designs.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of engineering best practices and standards.
  7. Analyze and resolve mechanical engineering problems.
  8. Analyze and interpret customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
  9. Perform failure analysis and create corrective action plans.
  10. Provide technical guidance and coaching to other team members.
