
Staff Mechanical Engineer, R&D
We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Staff Mechanical Engineer to join our Research and Development team at Stryker. This individual will play an integral role in our engineering team, overseeing the development of innovative products and solutions to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate should have a combination of technical expertise, creative problem-solving capabilities, and a drive to develop cutting-edge solutions.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a minimum of 7 years of experience in product design, development, and testing. Additionally, they should have strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. The candidate should have a proven track record of success in leading innovative projects and driving process improvement. A strong background in medical device design and development is preferred.
