Job Description

At Stryker, we are looking for an experienced, innovative, and self-motivated Staff Mechanical Engineer to join our Research & Development team. As a Staff Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of complex medical devices for a wide range of applications, and you will have the opportunity to work with a highly skilled team of engineers to develop new technologies.To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, and an advanced understanding of mechanical design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and regulatory compliance. You must also be able to work independently and in a team environment, and have excellent problem-solving skills. Most importantly, you must possess a strong passion for engineering and a desire to help make a difference in the world of medical device design and development.

Responsibilities of a Staff Mechanical Engineer at Stryker:
