  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve Stryker's medical technology products.
  2. Utilize your expertise in industrial design to create innovative and user-friendly product designs.
  3. Conduct research and gather insights to identify user needs and preferences.
  4. Develop and present design concepts and prototypes for evaluation and feedback.
  5. Utilize design software and tools to create detailed product renderings and technical drawings.
  6. Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure designs meet functional and technical requirements.
  7. Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design to bring new ideas and concepts to the team.
  9. Ensure all designs meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  10. Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  11. Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  12. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  13. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial Design Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Industrial Design, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Pro/Engineer.

  • Knowledge Of Materials, Manufacturing Processes, And Design Principles For Plastic And Metal Parts.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
