- Lead and oversee sustaining projects for existing medical products, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement in existing products and work to implement solutions.
- Utilize technical expertise and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology.
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project updates and progress to management and stakeholders.
- Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices and procedures.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Medical Device Industry, With A Focus On Research And Development.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Device Regulations And Standards (E.g. Fda, Iso).
Ability To Lead And Manage Projects, With A Track Record Of Successful Product Launches.
