  1. Design and develop data infrastructure and analytics solutions to support clinical research and patient outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and requirements for various clinical projects.
  3. Implement and maintain data pipelines and data warehouses to ensure accurate and timely data processing.
  4. Develop and maintain data quality checks and monitoring processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  5. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve data collection, storage, and analysis processes.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data engineering and healthcare technology to continuously improve data solutions.
  7. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the functionality and performance of data solutions.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on data engineering best practices and processes.
  9. Collaborate with data scientists and business analysts to develop data models and algorithms that support clinical research and patient outcomes.
  10. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings and recommendations.
  11. Keep accurate documentation of data processes and solutions for future reference.
  12. Adhere to data privacy and security regulations and protocols to ensure the protection of sensitive patient information.
  13. Continuously monitor and analyze data infrastructure and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  14. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Clinical Data Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Data Management Principles And Experience With Data Warehousing And Data Modeling.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
