- Develop and implement advanced engineering solutions for medical devices in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct product design and development activities to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and manage complex projects from conception to commercialization, meeting project timelines and budget requirements.
- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve design and manufacturing issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices to contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers to support their professional growth and development.
- Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support design control and risk management processes.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and product enhancements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support to other departments as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Engineering Role, With A Focus On Advanced Operations And Processes.
Proficiency In Project Management, Including Experience Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Timelines And Budgets.
Extensive Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements In A Manufacturing Setting.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
