  1. Develop and drive the implementation of transformative technologies and programs within the IT department.
  2. Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure successful delivery of transformation projects.
  3. Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for IT transformation, aligning with the overall business goals and objectives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key technology and process improvements.
  5. Monitor and report on the progress of IT transformation projects, providing regular updates to senior management.
  6. Oversee the budget and resources allocated for IT transformation initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  7. Evaluate and select technology vendors and partners to support the implementation of transformation projects.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business leaders to ensure alignment and support for IT transformation efforts.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during the implementation of transformation projects.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation within the IT department.
  11. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the IT team.
  12. Train and mentor team members to ensure their professional growth and development.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to IT transformation projects.
  14. Represent the IT department in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on transformation initiatives.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT transformation efforts and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Leading Large-Scale It Transformation Initiatives: The Sr. Manager, It Transformation, Program Enablement At Stryker Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Driving Complex It Transformation Programs From Start To Finish. This Includes Experience In Developing And Executing Strategies, Managing Budgets, And Mitigating Risks.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Systems And Processes: As A Senior Manager In Charge Of It Transformation, The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of It Systems And Processes. This Includes Knowledge Of Emerging Technologies, Project Management Methodologies, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: The Role Of A Sr. Manager, It Transformation, Program Enablement Requires Strong Communication And Leadership Abilities. The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Collaborate And Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams, Manage Stakeholders, And Provide Guidance And Direction To Project Teams.

  • Proven Ability To Drive Change And Manage Stakeholders: It Transformation Initiatives Often Involve Significant Changes To Processes, Systems, And Workflows. The Sr. Manager, It Transformation, Program Enablement Should Be Adept At Managing Resistance To Change And Navigating Through Complex Stakeholder Landscapes To Ensure Buy-In And Successful Implementation.
