  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support the supply chain needs of the organization.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and establish relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective materials.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop sourcing plans to meet those needs.
  4. Monitor and analyze market trends and supply chain data to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  6. Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to drive efficiency and cost savings.
  7. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and actively seek out new supplier opportunities.
  8. Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.
  9. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on sourcing initiatives and address any concerns or issues.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in sourcing and supply chain management.
  11. Manage supplier performance and conduct regular supplier evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
  12. Analyze and report on key performance indicators to track sourcing and supply chain success.
  13. Mentor and train junior sourcing team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and operations, to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with overall business goals.
  15. Proactively identify and address potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to mitigate risk.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Strategic Sourcing Or Procurement, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Negotiating Contracts And Managing Vendor Relationships.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify Cost-Saving Opportunities And Implement Efficient Sourcing Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
