Job Description

At Stryker, we are seeking a Software Test Engineer who is an experienced and innovative problem solver to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of software testing tools and processes, and be able to provide comprehensive testing to ensure our software meets the highest of standards.We require a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in software testing. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, .NET, and C# is also desired.We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and has a passion for learning and understanding software systems. Our ideal candidate will be able to take initiative and be proactive in finding solutions to challenges. They will also be able to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical team members. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement test plans and test cases to ensure software meets requirements and quality standards
  2. Identify, document, and report system and software defects
  3. Utilize software testing tools and techniques to ensure quality assurance
  4. Analyze and troubleshoot software issues and provide solutions
  5. Collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members
  6. Develop and implement automated tests to improve product quality
  7. Monitor and maintain software testing standards and procedures
  8. Maintain records of test results and report findings to stakeholders
  9. Stay up-to-date with current software testing trends and technologies
