  3. Assist with the maintenance and repair of medical devices, ensuring they are functioning properly and meeting industry standards.
  4. Collaborate with team members and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service activities and ensure proper documentation is completed.
  6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide knowledgeable and informed support to customers.
  8. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  9. Take ownership of customer inquiries and follow through until resolution is achieved.
  10. Participate in training programs and continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  11. Proactively identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to management.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing Stryker in a positive light.
  13. Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to medical device servicing.
