  1. Lead and manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Workday system within the organization.
  2. Stay up to date on the latest Workday updates and features, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and design solutions that meet those needs within the Workday system.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and IT teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of Workday projects.
  5. Analyze and troubleshoot complex Workday issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.
  6. Design and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within the Workday system.
  7. Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the Workday system.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday functionality and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  9. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements to enhance user experience and increase efficiency.
  10. Proactively identify and address potential system risks and issues, and develop solutions to prevent or mitigate them.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Workday implementation and make recommendations for process improvements.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to Workday.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to support system integration and implementation projects.
  14. Continuously assess and evaluate the effectiveness of the Workday system and make recommendations for enhancements to support business needs.
  15. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their Workday skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience Working With Workday, Including 2+ Years In A Lead Or Senior Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Full Workday Suite, Including Hcm, Payroll, Benefits, And Talent Management.

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Workday Analysts, Including Providing Guidance And Mentorship.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
