  1. Conduct data analysis and reporting using Workday to support HR and Finance teams.
  2. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics in Workday to provide insights and support decision making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and create customized solutions.
  4. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  5. Proactively identify and troubleshoot system and data issues, and work towards timely resolution.
  6. Provide training and support to end-users on Workday reporting and analytics tools.
  7. Stay updated on latest Workday features and functionality and proactively recommend and implement improvements.
  8. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting and analysis.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert for Workday reporting and analytics, and assist with system upgrades and implementations.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to present insights and findings.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage Workday reporting capabilities.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and reporting.
  13. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills in Workday reporting and analytics.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
  15. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge and expertise.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Information Systems, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As A Workday Analyst, With A Focus On Reporting And Analytics

  • Proficiency In Workday Reporting Tools Such As Prism Analytics And Report Writer

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Data, And Ability To Translate Business Needs Into Reporting Requirements

  • Experience With Data Visualization Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi, And Ability To Create Impactful Dashboards And Reports For Senior Leadership
