- Serve as the subject matter expert for all Workday functions and processes within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Design, configure, and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Talent, Benefits, and Time Tracking.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Workday through regular audits and troubleshooting.
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations to optimize the use of Workday.
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates, releases, and best practices to continuously enhance the system.
- Train and support end-users on Workday functionality and processes.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Workday Hcm, Including Configuration, Implementation, And Support.
Proven Experience In Project Management, Including Leading System Upgrades And Enhancements.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices, With The Ability To Translate Business Requirements Into Workday Solutions.
Workday Certification In Hcm, Compensation, Or Advanced Compensation Is Preferred.
