1. Manage and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for all employee information.
2. Utilize Workday to create and run reports, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
3. Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand and address business needs and requirements within the Workday system.
4. Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.
5. Stay updated on new Workday features and functionality, and make recommendations for system enhancements.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Workday, working closely with IT and other teams as needed.
7. Develop and implement training programs for end-users to ensure efficient and effective use of the Workday system.
8. Continuously evaluate and improve processes within Workday to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Maintain system security and access controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
10. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement system updates and integrations.
11. Participate in system testing and contribute to system upgrades and enhancements.
12. Communicate system updates and changes to stakeholders and provide support during system downtime or outages.
13. Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
14. Serve as a mentor to other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
