This role is a critical part of our HRIS team, responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Workday system to support our employees and business operations. - Manage and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for all employee information.
- Utilize Workday to create and run reports, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand and address business needs and requirements within the Workday system.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Stay updated on new Workday features and functionality, and make recommendations for system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Workday, working closely with IT and other teams as needed.
- Develop and implement training programs for end-users to ensure efficient and effective use of the Workday system.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes within Workday to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain system security and access controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to implement system updates and integrations.
- Participate in system testing and contribute to system upgrades and enhancements.
- Communicate system updates and changes to stakeholders and provide support during system downtime or outages.
- Monitor system performance and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Serve as a mentor to other team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working As A Workday Analyst, Preferably In A Senior Or Lead Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Workday Hcm And Related Modules Such As Compensation, Recruiting, Performance Management, Etc.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Workday Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
