As a Senior Workday Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing our Workday system to support our growing business needs.   1. Develop and maintain Workday system to support business needs: The Senior Workday Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the Workday system is optimized and enhanced to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  2. Provide expertise on Workday functionality and HR processes: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Workday and HR processes, and will be able to provide guidance and support to the team.
  3. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions: The Senior Workday Analyst will proactively identify any areas for improvement within the Workday system and work to implement solutions that will increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role will require working closely with various teams, such as HR, IT, and finance, to gather requirements and ensure that Workday is meeting the needs of all stakeholders.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues: The Senior Workday Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any system issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.
  6. Stay current on Workday updates and enhancements: The ideal candidate will stay up-to-date on the latest Workday updates and enhancements and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new features for the benefit of the organization.
  7. Lead system testing and implementation of new features: This role will be responsible for leading system testing and implementation of new Workday features, ensuring a smooth transition for end-users.
  8. Train and support end-users: The Senior Workday Analyst will provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively utilize the system.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve Workday processes: The ideal candidate will have a continuous improvement mindset and will be responsible for evaluating and improving Workday processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert: As a seasoned Workday professional, the Senior Workday Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert and go-to resource for all Workday-related inquiries and issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Workday Analyst, Preferably In A Senior Or Lead Role.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Workday Hcm And Related Modules.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design And Implement Complex Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Train And Support End-Users.
