- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets within assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and purchasing managers
- Identify new business opportunities and proactively pursue them to expand market share
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and clinical support, to drive successful product launches and customer adoption
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the features and benefits of our Surgical Technologies products
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, forecast accurately, and generate reports for management
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Attend and participate in relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and events to network and promote our products
- Serve as a mentor and coach to more junior team members, sharing best practices and providing guidance for their professional development.
Extensive Knowledge Of Surgical Technologies: A Senior Territory Manager At Stryker Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Company's Surgical Technologies Portfolio, Including The Latest Products And Industry Trends. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Promote And Sell Stryker's Products To Healthcare Providers.
Proven Sales Experience: The Role Of A Senior Territory Manager At Stryker Requires A Strong Sales Background With A Track Record Of Success. Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales, Preferably In The Surgical Technologies Field.
Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills: As A Senior Sales Representative, This Role Involves Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Stakeholders, Including Surgeons, Nurses, And Hospital Administrators. A Senior Territory Manager Should Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With These Individuals And Influence Their Purchasing Decisions.
Team Leadership: This Position May Involve Leading A Team Of Sales Representatives, So Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role.
