  1. Develop and implement supply planning strategies to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers and internal stakeholders.
  2. Monitor and analyze inventory levels, supply chain performance, and production schedules to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement and manufacturing, to optimize supply chain processes and mitigate potential risks.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on product availability and shortages.
  5. Conduct regular audits of supply chain processes and procedures to identify and resolve any issues or inefficiencies.
  6. Utilize data analysis and forecasting tools to support demand planning and ensure optimal inventory levels.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to improve lead times, quality, and cost of materials.
  8. Oversee asset management processes, including tracking and monitoring equipment, materials, and other assets to ensure proper utilization and maintenance.
  9. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain and asset management performance.
  10. Train and mentor junior supply planning and asset management team members.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to inform supply chain and asset management strategies.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to align supply chain and asset management strategies with business goals.
  13. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to improve overall company performance.
  14. Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations related to supply chain and asset management.
  15. Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain and asset management operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field

  • Proven Experience In Managing Inventory Levels, Forecasting, And Developing Supply Strategies To Optimize Efficiency And Cost-Effectiveness.
