  1. Lead the development and implementation of iOS applications for Stryker's healthcare technology solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, user-friendly iOS applications using Swift and other relevant programming languages.
  4. Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members to ensure code quality and best practices are maintained.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in iOS development and proactively incorporate them into the development process.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to iOS applications in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the given timelines.
  8. Participate in agile/scrum processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  9. Continuously improve and optimize the performance, scalability, and stability of iOS applications.
  10. Communicate project status, risks, and roadblocks to project stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
  11. Adhere to company coding standards, processes, and best practices.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert in iOS development and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  13. Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed to integrate their technologies into our iOS applications.
  14. Contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization by identifying new opportunities and making recommendations for process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 7 Years Of Experience In Ios Development, With A Focus On Building Complex And Scalable Applications.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Of Ios Developers, With A Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies.

  • Expertise In Swift And Objective-C Programming Languages, As Well As Experience With Xcode And Ios Frameworks.

  • Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
