  1. Design and implement security protocols and measures to protect Stryker's medical devices from potential cyber attacks and security breaches.
  2. Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability tests to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and quality assurance, to integrate security measures into the product development lifecycle.
  4. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to product security and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  5. Provide guidance and support to product development teams in implementing secure coding practices and security best practices.
  6. Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees to ensure a strong culture of security throughout the organization.
  7. Lead investigations into security incidents and breaches, and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences.
  8. Establish and maintain relationships with external security experts and organizations to stay informed about emerging security threats and mitigation strategies.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on product security, providing guidance and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  10. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security controls and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
  11. Participate in product design reviews and provide input on potential security risks and solutions.
  12. Mentor and train junior security engineers on best practices and industry standards related to product security.
  13. Communicate with customers and regulatory agencies regarding product security inquiries and concerns.
  14. Represent Stryker at industry conferences and events, sharing insights and expertise on product security.
  15. Embody and promote Stryker's values and standards, and maintain the highest level of professional and ethical conduct at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Product Security Principles: A Senior Staff Product Security Engineer At Stryker Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Product Security Principles And Best Practices.
