  5. Conduct packaging testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality.

  8. Mentor and guide other packaging engineers and team members.

  12. Troubleshoot and resolve any packaging issues that arise during production.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Packaging Engineering Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Packaging Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Leading Cross-Functional Teams

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Packaging Materials, Processes, And Regulations (Fda, Iso, Etc.)

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Innovative Packaging Solutions.
