  1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of new and innovative medical devices, utilizing your extensive knowledge and experience in electrical engineering.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, software engineers, and product managers to ensure the successful integration of electrical components into medical devices.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and drive innovation in medical device technology.
  4. Use your strong problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot technical issues during the design and development process.
  5. Develop and execute test plans to validate product performance and ensure quality and reliability.
  6. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers on the team.
  7. Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure the successful production of electrical components and systems.
  8. Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  9. Collaborate with the regulatory team to ensure all necessary documentation and certifications are obtained for product approval.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness in product development.
  11. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues or challenges.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Electrical Engineering, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Electrical Design Principles And Experience With Designing And Testing Medical Devices

  • Experience With Regulatory Compliance And Standards Such As Fda And Iso

  • Leadership Experience, Including Managing A Team And Leading Projects From Concept To Launch.
