- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for Stryker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop ERP solutions that align with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for ERP implementation and ongoing maintenance.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of ERP functionality, configuration, and integration.
- Partner with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements and process improvements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and end-users to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of the ERP system to identify any issues or opportunities for optimization.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to ERP systems and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on ERP processes and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance ERP capabilities.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of ERP solutions within the organization.
- Drive business transformation through technology by identifying and implementing innovative solutions within the ERP system.
- Communicate project updates and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to ERP systems.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance and efficiency of the ERP system.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Erp Solutions, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Erp Systems, Processes, And Best Practices, Specifically With Stryker's Preferred Erp Solutions.
Strong Project Management Skills With A Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Delivering Complex Erp Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence Key Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field, Or Equivalent Work Experience. Relevant Certifications, Such As Sap Or Oracle Erp, Are A Plus.
