Senior Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality engineering processes and procedures to ensure products meet quality, safety, and reliability standards.
2. Create and maintain quality assurance plans, including ensuring regulatory compliance.
3. Monitor product quality throughout the entire production process.
4. Evaluate and analyze product test results to ensure compliance and take corrective action as required.
5. Investigate and resolve product quality issues.
6. Train and mentor junior quality engineers.
7. Develop and maintain detailed records and documentation.
8. Communicate effectively with other departments and teams.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve quality issues.
10. Utilize data-driven methods to continuously improve quality.
