  1. Lead product development: Develop and implement strategies for the development of new medical devices, from concept to launch.
  2. Manage product lifecycle: Create and execute plans to ensure the successful commercialization of products, including market analysis, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
  3. Conduct market research: Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  4. Drive growth: Develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth and market share for assigned products, including identifying new market opportunities and expanding into new regions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, marketing, and regulatory to ensure the successful launch of new products and the ongoing success of existing products.
  6. Monitor product performance: Monitor and analyze product performance, including sales data, customer feedback, and market trends, to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  7. Develop marketing plans: Develop and implement marketing plans to support product launches and ongoing sales efforts, including messaging, collateral, and promotional activities.
  8. Ensure compliance: Ensure products meet all regulatory requirements and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  9. Train and mentor team members: Provide guidance and support to junior product managers and other team members to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
  10. Represent the company: Act as a representative of the company at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote our products and establish relationships with key stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Or Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Multiple Products Throughout Their Lifecycle.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product Development, Marketing, And Sales.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Customer Needs In The Healthcare Industry.
