  1. Lead and manage the PPE portfolio for Stryker, including setting strategic direction, developing and executing plans, and driving growth and profitability.
  2. Utilize market research and industry knowledge to identify trends and opportunities in the PPE market, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and ensure alignment on portfolio goals.
  4. Monitor and analyze portfolio performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet financial targets.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, R&D, and finance, to drive product development and commercialization efforts.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to PPE, and ensure compliance within the portfolio.
  7. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistency and alignment in portfolio strategy and execution.
  8. Communicate portfolio performance and updates to senior management and other stakeholders, including presenting at meetings and conferences.
  9. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential acquisitions and partnerships, to expand the PPE portfolio.
  10. Mentor and develop junior portfolio management team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.
  11. Represent Stryker and the PPE portfolio at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting the company's brand and products.
  12. Continuously assess and improve portfolio management processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Portfolio Management: A Senior Portfolio Manager At Stryker Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Portfolio Management Principles And Techniques, With At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Portfolios In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Senior Role, The Portfolio Manager Must Have Excellent Leadership Abilities To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Portfolio Managers And Analysts. They Should Also Have The Ability To Collaborate And Communicate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strategic Thinking And Decision-Making Skills: The Senior Portfolio Manager Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Making Data-Driven Decisions And Developing Strategic Plans To Maximize Portfolio Performance. They Should Be Able To Analyze Market Trends, Competitive Landscape, And Financial Data To Identify Growth Opportunities And Mitigate Risks.
