- Process and oversee accurate and timely payroll for all employees across the country, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of payroll systems and processes to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and Finance, to ensure accurate and consistent data flow between systems.

Extensive Experience In Payroll Processing And Management: A Senior Payroll Analyst At Stryker Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Processing Payroll For A Large Organization, Including The Ability To Handle Complex Payroll Calculations And Compliance With Local, State, And Federal Regulations.
Strong Understanding Of Payroll Software And Systems: Candidates Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Payroll Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday, And Have Experience Implementing New Payroll Systems And Processes.
Knowledge Of Tax Laws And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Federal And State Income Tax, Fica, And Unemployment Tax. They Should Also Have Experience With Year-End Tax Reporting And Compliance.
