  1. Manage and oversee the payroll operations for Stryker, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee pay and related deductions.
  2. Utilize your expertise in payroll to develop and implement efficient and effective payroll processes and systems.
  3. Stay up-to-date on all payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data to support payroll operations and make recommendations for process improvements.
  5. Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors, taking corrective action as needed.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as payroll providers, to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  7. Act as a resource for employees and managers regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues, providing exceptional customer service.
  8. Train and mentor junior payroll analysts on best practices and procedures to ensure a high-performing team.
  9. Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and budgeting related to payroll.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing updates on payroll-related matters and addressing any concerns or questions.
  11. Maintain strict confidentiality of all payroll and employee information.
  12. Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the payroll function.
  13. Participate in special projects or initiatives related to payroll, as assigned by management.
  14. Uphold the values and standards of Stryker and act as a positive representative of the company at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Processing, Preferably In A Large Organization

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Payroll Laws And Regulations

  • Proficient In Payroll Software And Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Payroll Issues.
