Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Or Related Field. A Master's Degree May Be Preferred.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Molding Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Knowledge And Experience In Injection Molding Processes, Tooling Design, And Process Optimization.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Systems And Regulations, Such As Fda And Iso.
Proven Leadership Skills, Including Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Engineers.
