  1. Develop and implement educational programs and materials for healthcare professionals on the use of the Mako robotic system.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of medical education initiatives with overall marketing strategy.
  3. Conduct training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals, both in-person and virtually.
  4. Create and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare organizations to enhance the reach and impact of our educational efforts.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in medical education to continuously improve our programs and materials.
  6. Collect and analyze feedback from healthcare professionals to evaluate the effectiveness of our educational initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with sales teams to provide support and guidance on educational content and strategies for customer interactions.
  8. Manage budgets and resources for medical education initiatives.
  9. Identify and pursue opportunities for partnership and collaboration with relevant medical societies and organizations.
  10. Represent Stryker and the Mako system at medical conferences and events.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the development and execution of medical education programs.
  12. Mentor and train junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare, Marketing, Or Education.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Medical Education Or Clinical Marketing, Preferably In The Orthopedic Or Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance Guidelines.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Various Stakeholders Including Healthcare Professionals, Sales Teams, And Internal Departments.

  • Proven Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively In A Fast-Paced Environment.
