  1. Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes for Stryker's medical products.
  2. Lead a team of manufacturing engineers to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  4. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the manufacturing process.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and procedures.
  7. Train and mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve manufacturing processes.
  9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials.
  10. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  11. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  12. Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  13. Participate in product design reviews and provide input to ensure manufacturability.
  14. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for cost savings in the manufacturing process.
  15. Represent Stryker at conferences and events to showcase our innovative manufacturing processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Process Improvements.

  • Proficient In Cad And Other Engineering Software, As Well As Experience With Cnc Machining And Tool Design.

  • Excellent Project Management And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
