- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for medical devices, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and validate new processes and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any manufacturing issues.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support in process development and improvement.

- Participate in new product development projects, providing expertise on manufacturing feasibility and process optimization.
- Implement and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project goals and objectives.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to optimize manufacturing processes and reduce waste.
- Support production ramp-up and provide technical support to resolve any manufacturing issues.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
Proven Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Manufacturing Engineering Role, Preferably In Medical Device Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Machining, Injection Molding, And Assembly.
Experience With Process Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean Or Six Sigma.
